14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

Eligibility

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • Refunds apply to one-time product purchases and the first billing cycle of a subscription.
  • For All-Access subscriptions, refunds are available within 14 days of the initial subscription. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. mass downloading followed by a refund request).

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@dekly.de with your order/email and the reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

EU Withdrawal Right

For customers in the EU: by purchasing and downloading a digital product, you agree that performance of the contract begins immediately, and you expressly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies.
