1. Agreement

By accessing or using Dekly ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Products & Licensing

Dekly distributes WordPress themes and plugins originally released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Your purchase grants you the right to download and use the products under their original GPL license. Dekly does not provide official support from the original developers.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded products in a way that competes with Dekly. Bulk-downloading the catalog using automated scripts is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Dekly is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of downloaded products.
